The property is newly remodelled. the staff is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. - the hotel has a perfect location near the holy mosque, close to a mosque and a tower.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a good area, next to the holy mosque, Train station, Kaaba. I got a neat room with a King size bed and a bath tub, as for instance. Everything seemed great, fairly clean and the staff were courteous and consistently courteous people who actually know how to do customer service.

The whole experience was really great. We booked huge superior quadruple room with a king size bed and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Here is a great place with friendly staff. I had a pretty good time, just like always. 😊

first of all it has a poor facility such as the resturant menu and the buffeh, and the bathroom has no cumb no teeth brush no toothpaste the service itself is not professional, the worst ever I faced in the hotel was cockroaches spread in the bathroom. honestly its not a 5 stars hotels in my opinion it doesn't deserve more than 4 starts.

Old hotel and not very well maintained

The room I stayed in was cleaned in the evening, and had really good AC. 🌇 the temperature was just right, and it was super comfy.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Grand Mosque. the room is well-kept and modern, with amenities like tea/coffee and a comfortable quadruple bed. the breakfast offers a delicious variety of food options.

The sheets were dirty. Pillow case was very dirty, the bath towel had a blood stain mark ... The Egyptian bell boy instead of carrying bags was actually working as a taxi dealer .. I will never stay in this hotel again not even for free

The hotel has consistently courteous staff who know how to do customer service. the room was neat, huge, and had a king-size bed. the location is magnificent, near a public parking area and just a 15-minute walk from the Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains. Additionally, it is close to the airport, Kaaba, and the clock tower.

The location here is fantastic with a huge mosque just a short walk away, making it very convenient.

On arrival I was informed that the 2 Quad-Rooms booked were infact 'twin- rooms' with 2 extra beds which made the room very cramped and tight. We were told that Quad-Rooms were of actually 2 types : Standard Quad Room and Normal Quad Room. According to the staff : The Standard Quad room is a twin-room with 2 extra beds and Normal Quad Rooms is the actual full Quad room size !!! Hotel does not cater for disabled guests. My mother is disabled and could not enter the hotel building using her wheelchair. The bathroom in our room was the worst desin, I have ever seen - the wash-basin and toilet were on 2 different levels in the bathroom ! Many problems for disabled guests. Even we able bodied guests found the bathroom design very awkward. The Quad rooms allocated to us, were on different floors. If you are booking for stay during Ramadhan, beware : morning meal is charged 130 SR, per person, even if you had booked bed with breakfast ! Worst thing is that you are not given any information regarding the meal charges. In addition, no effort is made to cater for Diabetic guests. Also, according the Al Rajhi Bank (KSA) we should be receiving a discount of 15%, if we pay by Al Rajhi Bank Credit Card - but Makkak Ajyad Hotel refused to honour this. Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend.

I liked the Quadruple room that I stayed in with my family members. Very well arranged.

The Security guy at the front door told me that there is no problem at all to park the car at the other side of the street at which the hotel is located (I.E. the place that can accomodate 3 cars). Just few hours later, my car was towed by the police. I was really angry at this ignorant advice.

The room was equipped with climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. the private bathroom, including a bath, was cleaned daily. the hotel's location is convenient, being near a large mosque. There is also a small restaurant, shopping area, and supermarket nearby.
